E | ”赵静说，新模式的实施避免了重复核查，缩减了原产地核查频次，每份被核查的原产地证书可以节省1到3天的材料准备或核查等待时间。     　　据悉，原产地管理信息互认平台还具备海关与贸促会原产地签证风险产品和企业信息共享、涉企原产地核查对碰等功能，跨部门实现原产地证书签发“一次核查、结果互认”，进一步便利企业出口享惠、提升原产地签证质量。     　　优惠原产地证书是企业在协定项下享受进口方关税减让的重要凭证，素有“纸黄金”之称。当前，我国出口企业可以在《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)等23个自贸协定和优惠贸易项下凭优惠原产地证书享受有关国家和地区的关税减让。     　　数据显示，今年前7个月，山东、山西、内蒙古、宁夏四省区内海关和贸促会共签发优惠原产地证书69.3万份，出口享惠货值2201亿元，同比分别增长19.8%和15.9%。
